The Govt. is keen to promote potential Districts as Export Hub. Under this initiative of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), FIEO has been entrusted to conduct Study of 5 Districts on pilot basis. The broad objective includes:
• Mapping of export profile of district along with assessment of baseline export figures.
• Identify sectors in each district which hold potential and can be harnessed for exports.
• Identification of all kind of facilitation required (infrastructure, logistics, supply chain, skill etc) to support exports from the District.
• Draw a meaningful and actionable District level strategy/action plan for overall export promotion of a district

We solicit active participation from all stakeholders concerned with these five Districts Imphal (Manipur), Jammu (J&K), Ramanagara (Karnataka), Solapur (Maharashtra), Bhubaneshwar (Odisha)
